About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Geriatrician or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician with an interest in Skilled Nursing and Geriatric Care to join our expanding team in Jackson, TN. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient and skilled nursing facility (SNF) care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Geriatrician or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician with an interest in Skilled Nursing and Geriatric Care to join our expanding team in Jackson, TN. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient and skilled nursing facility (SNF) care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Job Responsibilities
Full-time position focused on outpatient geriatric and skilled nursing care
Provide care to patients in The Jackson Clinic and affiliated skilled nursing facilities
Work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff
Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and support from administrative and care coordination teams
Well-established patient base with consistent referrals from primary and specialty care providers
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Tennessee
Experience or interest in skilled nursing and long-term care preferred
Strong commitment to geriatric medicine and continuity of care
