Job Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive family medicine care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services.
Provide accessible and culturally sensitive care for patients across the lifespan.
Educate and counsel patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical audits.
Supervise and support medical staff, residents, or students as needed.
Participate in call rotation for after-hours coverage (as assigned).
Attend required meetings, training sessions, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must
Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Valid DEA certification.
Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care.
Preferred Experience
3+ years of experience in a community health, outpatient, or family practice setting.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
