• 6043 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028

Schedule:

• Full-time preferred; part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) may be considered for select locations

• Melrose and Hollywood locations: Flexible scheduling available (4x10s, 12-hour shifts, etc.)

• Virgil location: Full-time preferred; 32-hour schedule may be considered

• Weekend shifts possible (Melrose only); occasional evening coverage welcomed

• Minimal on-call (approximately 3 times per year)

Start Date: ASAP (credentialing can be completed in as little as two weeks depending on documentation)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking Primary Care Physicians (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care at one of our community-based clinics in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare to underserved populations, including those experiencing homelessness and patients in need of addiction medicine support.

Each physician will be responsible for providing direct outpatient care to a diverse patient population, working alongside a supportive care team including nurses, medical assistants, and an AI scribe program. These roles offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.
