Job description
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care practice located in northern Indiana. This is a full-time opportunity to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality care to patients of all ages. Obstetrics is optional for this role.
Job Responsibilities
Perform physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and perform basic in-office procedures
Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and documentation compliance
Maintain standards of care and adhere to all legal and ethical requirements
Demonstrate flexibility in clinic coverage and schedule support
Qualifications
Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain)
BLS and ACLS certification (or willing to obtain)
DEA license (or willing to obtain)
COVID-19 vaccination required
Must be experienced in treating patients across the lifespan (pediatrics to geriatrics)
EMR experience (preferably EPIC) highly preferred
Working Hours
Weekend Requirements: On-call 1:7 by phone only
On Call Requirements: On-call 1:7 by phone only
