Job description
Seeking a full-time, experienced Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services in a supportive outpatient setting. The position offers strong practice support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for teaching and hybrid clinical roles within a hospital-affiliated system.
Job Responsibilities
Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care needs
Perform routine physical exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Participate in a light call rotation supported by RN triage
Engage in physician-led governance and hospital-affiliated support systems
Opportunities for participation in hospital medicine and leadership or administrative roles
Flexible scheduling with preference for candidates open to full-time outpatient care with shared call rotation
Preference for long-term commitment to the practice
Qualifications
If board eligible, please specify:
Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 1-year primary care experience
Clean malpractice and licensing history
ACLS certification required
DEA license required
Working Hours
Weekend Requirements: Only as part of the limited call rotation
