A reputable medical group in Fairfield County Connecticut is adding a Geriatrician.
Practice Details
- Established practice with 6 Physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners
- Full-time outpatient position
- Option for Skilled Nursing Facility coverage in addition to Primary Care
- Need is due to replacing a departing physician
- Opportunity for teaching medical students and Residents
- Network of 2,600 Physicians and seven hospitals
- Base salary plus incentive pay
- Paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match, and contribution
- Hiring bonus and relocation stipend may also be available

- 40 miles from Hartford and 80 miles from New York City
