An established, thriving endocrinology practice in Albany, New York has up to two full-time openings for BC/BE Endocrinologists. Join a multidisciplinary team of endocrinologists, APPs and certified diabetes educators.
Practice Details:
• Primarily outpatient with flexible scheduling
• Call 1:10, with inpatient coverage only when inpatient providers are off
• Latest diabetes technology including pump/sensor downloads and professional CGM
• Comprehensive services: complication screening, foot care, weight management, nutrition counseling and diabetes education
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary $245,000–$260,000, moving to a productivity-based model
• $35,000 starting bonus
• $15,000 retention bonus each year for 2 years
• Relocation reimbursement based on distance
• Health, dental, vision; paid malpractice with tail
• $4,500 CME allowance; 5 weeks paid time away
• 403(b) with employer match

Job Responsibilities
• Use diabetes technology including insulin pumps and CGM
• Collaborate with APPs and certified diabetes educators
• Participate in 1:10 call
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (within 5 years of eligibility)
• New York license (or willing to obtain)
• Prior endocrinology experience preferred; recent grads considered
• H-1B considered; no J-1 waivers
• Not open to locums
