# Endocrinologist opening in Newark, OH Monday-Friday | Hospital-Employed | $280,000 Salary + Quality Incentive | $75,000 Longevity Bonus ### Opportunity Highlights:
- Half day dedicated to administrative work
- Daytime consult call rotation of 1:2
- Outpatient practice within close walking distance of the hospital
- Pharmacist-run Medication Therapy Clinic to assist with follow-up management
- Hospital-employed, multi-specialty physician group with 100+ physicians
- Single-hospital coverage at a 227-bed hospital
- Board certification required within 5 years of graduating residency or fellowship ### Compensation and Benefits:
- $280,000 salary + quality incentive plan
- $75,000 longevity bonus
- 250 hours of accrued PTO (6 weeks) per year
- 5 CME days and $6,000 annual CME allowance
- Three on-site CME opportunities weekly
