This community-based practice offers an academic affiliation with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), collaborative and experienced support staff, and a financially strong, growing organization. - MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism
- Active, unrestricted Oregon Medical License
