Endocrinology Opportunity in Salem, Oregon
- Full-time permanent 1FTE
- Board certified
- Salaried position; eligible for quarterly production bonuses
- 4 ½ day work week
- Will work along with and supervise 4 physician associates
- Excellent benefit package
- New grad base $275,000
- Experience physician base $300,000
- $5,000 per PA per year to supervise ($20,000)
- Employment bonus/school loan - $25,000 at the end of each year worked (12 months) for up to 4 years for a total of $100,000. This ends if a physician becomes a partner as they are then receiving the end of year profitability bonuses
- Production bonus really varies, estimated $1,000-$10,000 per quarter
- Total comp $350,000-400,000
