Endocrinology Opening in IN Located in Fort Wayne Indianapolis 2hrs; Chicago 2.5hrs Full-time; permanent Seeking a BE/BC Endocrinologist to join an established, hospital-employed practice in Fort Wayne, IN. Step into a planned physician succession with immediate patient volume, strong APP support and minimal call responsibilities. Academic affiliation with Indiana University School of Medicine. • 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient consultative practice
• Planned succession with immediate patient volume
• Average 18–25 patients per day
• Flexible scheduling with 4-day work week option
• Five APPs supporting the service line; three NPs assisting with call coverage
• Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian on staff
• Manage insulin pumps and CGM
• Thyroid Fine Needle Aspiration experience preferred but not required
• Open-access clinic with new patient appointments typically within one week
• Strong referral base from 54 primary care providers across Northeast Indiana, Northwest Ohio and Southern Michigan
• Academic affiliation with IU School of Medicine and Fort Wayne Residency Program

• Cerner EMR Qualifications
• BE/BC in Endocrinology
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
