Inpatient & Outpatient
A well-established and growing healthcare network in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join its collaborative group practice. This opportunity offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, manageable patient volume, and the ability to develop a practice around individual clinical interests while serving a diverse patient population.
Position Highlights
* Full-time, permanent Endocrinology opportunity
* Established group practice setting
* Combination of inpatient and outpatient care
* Monday–Friday flexible work schedule
* Approximately 15+ clinic patients per day
* 1:4 call rotation
* Opportunity to develop the practice around individual interests and career goals
* Subspecialty interests are welcomed and encouraged
* Collegial physician team offering mentorship and practice-development support
* Strong collaboration with a large regional health system
* Practice operates within an FQHC Look-Alike network
* Mission-driven environment focused on providing accessible, high-quality care
* Epic EMR utilized across inpatient and outpatient settings with AI functionality
* Fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII technology environment
* Credentialing typically takes approximately 90–120 days following acceptance of an offer

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
* Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship
* Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
* Subspecialty interests are encouraged
* Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population
* Experienced Endocrinologists and graduating fellows are encouraged to apply
