Overview:
* Unique opportunity to establish and grow a high-demand, thyroid-focused Endocrinology practice
* Nearly 100% outpatient position combining clinical practice with academic involvement
* Clinical focus primarily on thyroid and parathyroid disorders
* Routine management of diabetes, pituitary disorders, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, obesity medicine and reproductive endocrinology is not expected
* Strong referral network from 5 established ENT physicians and a large Primary Care network
* Significant unmet community demand provides opportunity to build patient volume quickly
* Collaborate closely with experienced ENT surgeons on thyroid and parathyroid patient care
* Academic involvement with an Internal Medicine Residency Program, including resident teaching and mentorship
* Opportunity to develop Endocrinology curriculum and resident rotations
* AI-assisted EMR/documentation
* Onsite thyroid ultrasound equipment
* Experienced NP currently performs thyroid biopsies using onsite ultrasound
* Dedicated Medical Assistant and nursing support
* Opportunity to add APP support as patient volume grows
* Light, phone-only call covering after-hours needs for own patients, averaging approximately once every 60 days
* New graduates encouraged to apply
