No call or weekends
Flexible 4x10s or 5x8s schedule
Six-month assignment with extension potential
Outpatient endocrinology and diabetes practice
Established multidisciplinary endocrine team
Assignment Details
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 6-month assignment with potential to extend up to 1 year
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (4x10s) or flexible 5x8s
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only (No Call)
Volume: Approximately 16–20 patients per day
Setting: Outpatient Endocrinology Clinic
Support: 11 Endocrinologists, 4 APPs, Certified Diabetes Educators
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Standard credentialing
Clinical Details
Required Scope: Outpatient endocrinology, diabetes management, hospital follow-ups, new consultations, established patient follow-ups
Preferred Scope: Thyroid FNA
Excluded Scope: None specified
Requirements
Board Certified in Endocrinology
Active Maine license or IMLC
Epic experience
Active DEA
