Endocrinology Opportunity in Wenatchee, WA
Position Overview:
Seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Endocrinologist to join a well-established endocrinology practice. This full-time opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with no call, a collaborative multispecialty environment, and generous paid time off.
Practice Details:
Full-time employed position
Join 2 Endocrinologists and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No call
Consultative care at one hospital
No admissions
Strong hospitalist support
Multispecialty clinic with readily available specialty collaboration
Clinical Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of endocrine disorders
Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care
Perform hospital consultations as needed
Develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on disease management
Maintain thorough and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with specialists and primary care providers
Requirements:
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology
Eligible for Washington medical licensure
Strong communication and patient education skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:
First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median
RVU production model beginning in year two
Salary range: $275,478–$297,814
