• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible endocrinologist

• Open to new graduates

• ASAP start available; future start dates accommodated for physicians completing training

• Outpatient-only opportunity

• No call or hospital responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endocrinology care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of endocrine conditions

• Provide diabetes care with support from certified diabetes educators and registered dietitians

• Team-based environment with RN support, a dedicated MA (1:1), and an APP

• APP practices independently

• Multispecialty group with multiple specialties onsite

• Patient population includes commercially insured, Medicaid, and Medicare patients, as well as underserved communities

• EMR: Epic

• Completion of an accredited internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship required before starting

• Board certified or truly board eligible in internal medicine and endocrinology

• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license required

• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain

• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll

• BLS or ACLS certification required
