Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our healthcare team. This role focuses on diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and hormonal imbalances. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering personalized, patient-centered care while staying current with advancements in endocrinology and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests including laboratory work and imaging

  • Diagnose endocrine-related conditions accurately

Treatment Planning & Management:

  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including medications and hormone therapies

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed

  • Incorporate lifestyle and preventive care strategies

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, dietitians, nurses, and other specialists

  • Participate in case discussions and coordinated care planning

Research & Professional Development:

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and treatments in endocrinology

  • Participate in research initiatives and clinical advancements

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

  • Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory documentation standards

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

  • Residency in Internal Medicine

  • Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Endocrinology preferred

  • Proven experience diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders

  • Experience in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare setting preferred
