We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join an established, high demand outpatient practice in Long Island, NY.
This opportunity offers full time & part time options with flexible scheduling. Physicians with an active New York medical license, as well as qualified candidates eligible for rapid NY licensure, are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate & treat diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, obesity, adrenal disorders & other endocrine conditions
• Develop individualized treatment & disease management plans
• Review laboratory & diagnostic studies
• Prescribe & adjust medications as clinically appropriate
• Provide patient education & preventive care
• Establish follow up plans & monitor treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with primary care physicians & other specialists
• Maintain accurate & timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active & unrestricted New York Medical License or eligibility for rapid NY licensure
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong clinical & communication skills
• Commitment to high quality, patient centered outpatient care
Working Hours
