💼 Permanent | Full-Time (1.0 FTE) — Flexible
🗓 Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
📞 Call: Only 6–7 weeks/year

Requirements:
✅ Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Endocrinology
✅ Fellowship in Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism
✅ Active Michigan license or willingness to obtain
✅ DEA
✅ BLS
✅ NPDB Self-Query Report within 30 days
