Job description
We are seeking an Endocrinologist for a permanent position at a rural/critical access hospital in Madison, West Virginia. This is an outpatient/walk-in clinic role, primarily patient care with a small amount of phone consultation. Please see below for more information.
- Rural/critical access hospital outpatient/walk-in clinic
- Monday-Friday clinic with call split among other physicians
- Approximately 95% patient care, 5% phone consults
- Lab onsite
- CPSI EMR
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver approximately 95% patient care and 5% phone consultations
- Share call with other physicians
- Manage endocrine and diabetes conditions with onsite lab support
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Active West Virginia state license
- BLS, ACLS, and ATLS required
- Minimum 3 years of experience
