Seeking BC/BE in Endocrinology
Overview:
* Outpatient endocrinology practice with a focus on diabetes management and comprehensive endocrine care
* Collaborate with Diabetes Educators through an ADA-accredited Diabetes Self-Management program
* Provide diabetes education and treatment planning for patients and families
* Coordinate care closely with referring primary care providers
* Opportunity to shape and develop the practice according to individual interests
* Flexible schedule with 36 patient contact hours per week
* Onsite ancillary services including laboratory and imaging capabilities
* Experienced clinical and non-clinical support staff with strong physician support
* Fully integrated Epic EMR system connecting clinics and hospitals for seamless care coordination
