St. Bernards Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join and expand our established endocrinology clinic in beautiful Northeast Arkansas.

With an experienced Advanced Practice Provider already caring for patients and significant regional demand for endocrine services, you'll step into a practice with immediate opportunity, an established referral network, and the full support of our physician-led health system. Job Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care for patients with a broad spectrum of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
- Diagnose and manage diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, parathyroid disease, obesity, and other endocrine conditions.
- Collaborate with an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to expand and grow the established endocrinology clinic.
- Work closely with Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCES), registered dietitians, nutritionists, insulin pump specialists, and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) support staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered diabetes care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies and diabetes technologies.
- Collaborate with Primary Care, Cardiology, Nephrology, Bariatric Surgery, Women's Health, and other medical specialties to provide coordinated multidisciplinary care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers throughout a regional service area serving more than 700,000 residents.
- Participate in the continued growth and development of endocrinology and diabetes services within the St. Bernards Healthcare system.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary care conferences to support clinical excellence.
