Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor chronic endocrine conditions through routine follow-ups and medication management.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and treatment compliance.
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Experienced candidates preferred, but open to qualified physicians.
