Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical leadership for the REI division
- Oversee and grow a respected reproductive medicine program
- Deliver outpatient reproductive endocrinology care, including diagnostics and advanced fertility treatments
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain clinical standards
- Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams and collaborate across departments
- Participate in strategic planning and program development
- Manage clinic operations with minimal inpatient responsibilities
- Engage in call coverage and weekend rotations as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards
What You Need:
- MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility
- Proven leadership and clinical expertise in reproductive medicine
- Ability to manage a complex clinical program and lead a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
