Overview:
* Outpatient-focused practice with shared telephone call
* Monday–Friday schedule with dedicated administrative time
* Average 18–22 patients per day
* Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders (diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, osteoporosis, pituitary)
* Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
* Collaborate with strong primary care referral network (~50 providers)
* Interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
* Emphasis on patient education, preventive care, and chronic disease management
