Candidate Requirements

✔ Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Endocrinology – REQUIRED
✔ Active New York License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
✔ Prior Endocrinology experience – PREFERRED
✔ Must disclose visa requirement status (H1B accepted, No J1)
✔ NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
✔ Local candidates within 30 miles cannot be considered
