Location: South Coastal Texas (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: 6/1/2026 - Ongoing
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
Call: After hours nurse call line is used and physician is rarely called
Scope: There is not an Endocrinologist in the clinic to support the established patients as well as oversight of two Nurse Practitioners.
Volume: 18-22 per day
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: 575 beds, Level II trauma center.
Group/support: CMA/LVN, NP
