Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive diabetes care including CGM and insulin pump management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Participate in light shared call rotation
• Deliver patient education and long-term disease management
Qualifications
• Eligible for New York medical license
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Experience preferred but new grads welcome
Working Hours
• Call rotation 1:10 (minimal inpatient coverage)
