• We are seeking a dedicated Endocrinologist (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice in Long Island, NY.
• The physician will provide comprehensive endocrine care including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Responsibilities include managing a wide range of hormonal and metabolic disorders with a strong focus on outpatient care.

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases, osteoporosis, and lipid disorders.
• Interpret laboratory results and imaging studies to guide treatment plans.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up care.
• Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EMR/EHR systems.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required.
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Working Hours
• 40 hours per week
• Full-time and part-time options available
• In-person, outpatient only
