• Seeking a full-time Physician (MD/DO) to provide specialized care within an Endocrinology program.
• The provider will diagnose and treat disorders related to the endocrine system including diabetes, thyroid diseases, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic disorders.
• This role focuses on patient evaluation, long-term disease management, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for hormonal and metabolic conditions
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and adrenal disorders
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and endocrine diagnostic procedures
• Prescribe and manage medications including hormone therapies and diabetes treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Completion of accredited residency training in Internal Medicine
• Fellowship training in Endocrinology required
