Position Summary
The facility is seeking an Endocrinologist to join its expanding specialty team in Bronx, New York. This is a full-time opportunity .
This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment with strong referral support from internal primary care providers and specialists. The Endocrinologist will focus on diagnosing and managing a wide range of endocrine disorders within a patient-centered, evidence-based care model.
The role is primarily outpatient, offering a consistent schedule and strong administrative support to promote efficiency and work-life balance.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology services.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage endocrine disorders including diabetes (Type 1 & 2), thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, pituitary conditions, osteoporosis, metabolic disorders, and hormonal imbalances.
Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and diagnostic testing related to endocrine conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle counseling.
Manage insulin therapies, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and other advanced diabetic care modalities.
Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
Educate patients on disease management, preventive care, and long-term health optimization.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary meetings.
Qualifications
Education:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certification:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
Licensure:
Active or eligible medical license in New York.
DEA registration (or eligibility).
Experience:
Prior outpatient endocrinology experience preferred.
Fellows completing training are encouraged to apply.
