Endocrinology Opening – Mason City, Iowa
Location: Mason City, IA
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Mason City, Iowa is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join an established and busy outpatient practice alongside 2 physicians and 5 ARNPs. This is an outpatient-only opportunity with strong clinical support, immediate patient volume, and academic teaching opportunities.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only endocrinology practice
Join team of 2 physicians and 5 ARNPs
Very busy, established practice with instant volume
Minimal call – phone call only
Full-spectrum endocrinology including:
- Diabetes management (Type I & II)
- Pump and sensor therapy
- Diabetes education and medical nutrition therapy
- Pump starts
- Weight management services
Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, ARNP/PA students, and medical students
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
Eligible for Iowa medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $286,989 annually
$100,000 bonus package
Up to $15,000 relocation allowance
Benefits begin day one of employment
$6,000 annual CME allowance
