Work with adult and geriatric populations in modern outpatient settings with the option for hospital-based involvement. Fellows and practicing physicians are welcome.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor therapeutic outcomes
• Prescribe medications and adjust regimens as needed
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty physicians
• Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Support preventive health initiatives and population health strategies
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Completion of accredited Endocrinology residency/fellowship training
• Active New York State Medical License
• Current DEA registration
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
