Position Overview

Seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to diagnose, manage, and treat a broad range of endocrine disorders in an outpatient-focused setting. The role emphasizes direct patient care, diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing disease management.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, and metabolic/hormonal conditions

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies and imaging as appropriate

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management, hormone therapy, and lifestyle recommendations

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated

• Provide patient education related to chronic disease management and treatment adherence

• Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists as needed

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts

• In-person practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $300,000 annually

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of Internal Medicine residency

• Completion of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism fellowship

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology

  • Board certification required within 5 years of residency if BE

• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility via IMLC

• No minimum years of experience required

• Flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemption accepted)

• COVID vaccination required (medical or religious exemption accepted)

• Ability to enter hours worked into the Vemsta platform
