Full-Time Endocrinologist – Diabetes & Endocrinology

Hartford HealthCare (HHC) Connecticut’s most comprehensive, integrated health care system—is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join our established Diabetes and Endocrinology practice in Norwich, CT. This position blends the culture of a close-knit, ambulatory private practice with the clinical depth, resources, and stability of a rapidly growing health system.
Position Highlights
- Provide comprehensive care to a large and diverse patient population with general endocrinology and diabetes needs
- Team-based, patient-centered approach emphasizing diabetes wellness, prevention, and long-term management
- Collaborate within advanced multispecialty teams, including radiology, nuclear medicine, molecular diagnostics, surgery, and oncology
- Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support to enhance workflow and work-life balance
- On-site ultrasound and thyroid biopsy capabilities

- Fellowship-trained Endocrinologist
- Board eligible or board certified
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Connecticut
