Join a thriving, physician-led multispecialty practice located under two hours from St. Louis and just 90 minutes from Springfield. This full-time outpatient Endocrinology opportunity offers a strong referral network, modern clinic facilities, and the support of a collaborative team focused on high-quality patient care. Physicians must be Board Certified within five years of training completion.
$320,000 base + RVU's. $75,000 sign on bonus. Benefits: Health/dental/vision/life insurance; retirement plans with employer match; generous PTO; CME time & allowance; employer-paid malpractice & tail coverage. Schedule: Monday - Friday clinic hours; no weekends or overnights. Hospital Employee . Competitive market-based salary with productivity incentives (wRVU bonus). Support: Dedicated APP support, diabetes educators, and care coordinators; strong leadership committed to professional growth and quality improvement. Commencement and retention bonus available.
