I’m reaching out about an excellent Endocrinologist opportunity with a well-established and growing multi-specialty medical group. The position offers a great mix of stability, flexibility, and professional growth — ideal for both experienced physicians and new graduates.
Position Highlights:
- Adult-only patient population
- Primarily outpatient care with 1:10 call rotation
- Flexible scheduling and supportive team culture
- Advanced diabetes care with CGM and insulin pump technology
- EMR: EPIC
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $280K–$300K with productivity-based earning potential
- $35K signing bonus and $15K annual retention bonus (2 years)
- 5 weeks paid time off, $4,500 CME allowance, and relocation assistance
