About the Role
A well-established, physician-led multispecialty group on Long Island is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join their growing team. The practice is recognized for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and strong collaboration across specialties. This outpatient-focused role offers a supportive environment with flexible hours and no on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, and infertility

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient

Prescribe and manage medication regimens while monitoring treatment outcomes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including diabetes educators and dietitians

Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in the EMR system

Promote preventive health strategies and chronic disease management

Participate in ongoing medical education, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development
Qualifications

MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology

Active or eligible licensure in New York State

Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and communication abilities

Team-oriented, patient-focused approach to care

Familiarity with EMR systems and value-based care metrics is a plus
