About the Role

A well-established, physician-led multispecialty group on Long Island is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join their growing team. The practice is recognized for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and strong collaboration across specialties. This outpatient-focused role offers a supportive environment with flexible hours and no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, and infertility

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient

  • Prescribe and manage medication regimens while monitoring treatment outcomes

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including diabetes educators and dietitians

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in the EMR system

  • Promote preventive health strategies and chronic disease management

  • Participate in ongoing medical education, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology

  • Active or eligible licensure in New York State

  • Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and communication abilities

  • Team-oriented, patient-focused approach to care

  • Familiarity with EMR systems and value-based care metrics is a plus

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a thriving patient panel
