Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join a growing outpatient practice in Wenatchee, WA. This is a full-time, clinic-based position within a collaborative and supportive multispecialty environment. You’ll work alongside two other physician providers and one experienced APP, with the support of a hospitalist team for inpatient consults—no admissions or call duties required.

Job Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based endocrinology care for adult patients with conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, and metabolic bone disease

Conduct patient evaluations, interpret lab results, and develop individualized treatment plans

Consult with hospital providers on inpatient cases—no admissions required

Collaborate closely with referring primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate comprehensive care

Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence

Maintain complete and timely documentation within the EMR

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case reviews, and team-based care efforts

Qualifications

Required:
MD or DO degree from an accredited program
Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
Valid or eligible for Washington State medical license
DEA license and prescriptive authority
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred:
Experience in outpatient endocrinology
Interest in diabetes management technologies or thyroid ultrasound a plus

Working Hours

Clinic-based schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

Hospital consults only—no inpatient admissions

Skills

Strong clinical knowledge of endocrine disorders and current treatment guidelines

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient with EMR systems and electronic documentation

Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork

Desire to contribute to a high-functioning, community-focused medical team
