Position Details:
Full-time position
Adult-only patient population
Primarily outpatient practice
1:10 call schedule; inpatient call only when inpatient providers are off
EMR: Epic
Flexible scheduling available
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $245,000 $260,000
Integrated compensation model based on productivity (future transition)
Starting bonus: $35,000
Retention bonus: $15,000 for 2 consecutive years
Relocation assistance available
5 weeks of paid time off
CME allowance: $4,500 annually
