Duration: March 2025 – September 2025
Reason for coverage: Leave of absence
Schedule: 4 days per week (option for 3 days, but prefer 4)
Shift: Monday – Thursday 8a-5p (one hour for lunch)
Call: none
Patient volume: 13-16 patients per day
Scope: 100% outpatient endocrinology
EMR: Epic (experienced required within the last two years)
Group/support: MA support
Requirements: Board certified, CA license and California DEA
