Job description
Job description
I'm filling a hospital-employed endocrinology role in the Southeast, about an hour from Memphis — a verified, defined need at a large medical facility, so you're busy from day one instead of building from zero.
• No call, clinic-based, and 100% endocrinology — no dilution of your specialty
• Never solo — you join an established endo team with deep subspecialty support (50+ specialties on staff) and EPIC
• Full benefits: malpractice with tail, health, retirement, CME, and PTO
• H-1B and J-1 sponsorship available
And the life outside the clinic: cost of living ~17% below the national average, a short commute, strong schools, warm weather, and an easy hour to Memphis.
No call, a true subspecialty practice, and comp that beats the endo norm — all in one place.

ENDOCRINOLOGY
What if endocrinology came with no call, a 100% endo practice, and earnings above where the field usually lands — $350K–$450K?I'm filling a hospital-employed endocrinology role in the Southeast, about an hour from Memphis — a verified, defined need at a large medical facility, so you're busy from day one instead of building from zero.
Why providers are taking a look:
• The money: $350K–$450K expected (MGMA-based plus wRVU), with production upside from there, and a $50K+ commencement — above where endo usually lands• No call, clinic-based, and 100% endocrinology — no dilution of your specialty
• Never solo — you join an established endo team with deep subspecialty support (50+ specialties on staff) and EPIC
• Full benefits: malpractice with tail, health, retirement, CME, and PTO
• H-1B and J-1 sponsorship available
