Details:
- Primarily outpatient with limited inpatient responsibilities
- 2 inpatient Endocrinologists cover inpatient
- Hospital coverage ~4-5 weeks/year when one of them goes on vacation
- Outpatient clinic coverage is 1:8-10 weeks
- Office hours: 7:30-5
- Office visit times 30 minutes for established patients and 1 hour for new patients
- 4 RDEs in practice
- They do not see children
- Currently a waiting list of patients and a solid referral system. No shortage of patients to build your patient base.
- 1 year IG plus RVU
- base salary 245 - 260k DOE
- Avg total compensation of providers on RVU based compensation is 265k
