This Health System between Atlanta and the Alabama state line is seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a 20 Physician Private Practice Emergency Medicine Group. This is a full time, employed position. We offer a competitive compensation package plus bonus potential, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Features include:

• $325K salary in year 1, $350K year 2, partnership beginning year 3 - average $450K + $50K sign-on and $50K starting incentive + $14K moving allowance

Practice Highlights

• All current physicians are Board Certified EM
• Will work 16 8-hour shifts per month (currently 14 of the shifts are day shifts/2 night shifts)
• Group has 4 Nocturnist (does not need any more)
• Physician contract including benefits and expenses is with the group
• Carrollton ED is 40 beds/Villa Rica ED is 36 beds
• Works out of both Carrollton & Villa Rica ED
• Current Volume C’ton – 65,000/year Villa Rica – 45,000/year
• Both ED’s are level II Trauma facilities
• 100% Democratic group
• Full partnership after year 2
• Group also employs NP’s/PA’s
• Only looking for EM trained BC/BE candidates
