Schedule: Shift hours to be confirmed; no call
Coverage type: Emergency department coverage
Volume: Approximately 25 patients per shift
Setting: 10-bed ED; Level III trauma facility
Support: 3 RNs, 2 MAs, and 1 APP
EMR: MEDHOST
Credentialing: Approximately 2 days
Clinical Details
Emergency department evaluation and treatment
APP supervision required
24/7 anesthesia, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, laboratory, and radiology support
No admissions or resident supervision required
No newborn deliveries received in the ED
Requirements
Active AL license required
ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
