TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a hospital-employed opportunity in Columbus, Nebraska. This opportunity offers a stable emergency medicine practice with a mixed patient population, additional advanced practice provider coverage, and access to a broad range of hospital-based services.

Hospital: 50-bed acute care facility
Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
Annual Emergency Department Volume: 13,000+ visits
Patient Population: All ages
EMR: Paragon
Call: No on-call responsibilities
Schedule
13-hour shifts.
Day shifts: 8:30 AM–9:30 PM.
Night shifts: 8:30 PM–9:30 AM.
Additional APP coverage daily from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM.
Emergency department coverage seven days per week.
Emergency Department & Hospital Resources
Level III trauma center.
Air ambulance located on campus.
24-hour in-house radiology coverage.
Adult and pediatric hospitalist programs.
Cardiac catheterization lab.
Comprehensive diagnostic imaging services.
Two CT scanners and five ultrasound machines.
Nuclear medicine and bone densitometry.
X-ray and fluoroscopy.
3D mammography.
Wide-bore MRI and PET scans.
Interventional radiology services.

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine.

Compensation & Benefits
Hospital-employed position.
Competitive compensation based on MGMA benchmarks, with starting salary targeting the 75th percentile; negotiable.
$20,000 sign-on bonus.
Relocation assistance up to $10,000.
CME allowance up to $10,000.
