Clinical Role RecruitWell is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physicians for ongoing locums coverage in Lafayette, Indiana. This opportunity offers a rotating schedule with weekday and weekend coverage needs. Multiple providers may be considered.

Assignment Details

• Start: January 1, 2027

• Ongoing need

• Three 12-hour shifts per week

• Shift: 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM

• Rotating schedule including weekends

• Multiple providers may be considered

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Medicine care

• Approximately 35–40 patients per 12-hour shift

• Evaluate and manage acute and emergent conditions

• Coordinate appropriate admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Complete timely clinical documentation

Practice Environment

• 13-bed setting

• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible required

• Emergency Medicine physicians preferred

• Urgent Care experience preferred

• Active Indiana medical license required

• IMLC accepted

• ACLS required

• BLS required

• PALS required
