Job description
Schedule: Ongoing coverage beginning January 2027 with 12-hour day and night shifts available
Patient Volume: Approximately 2.0-2.1 patients per hour
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Required Certifications: ABEM Board Certified or Board Eligible
Required Skills/Procedures: Emergency Department evaluation and management, emergency stabilization, patient disposition, and management of all acuity levels
Board Certification: ABEM Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physician
Additional Details: Freestanding Emergency Department setting with single-physician coverage. Physicians evaluate all presenting patients without APP support. Community Emergency Medicine environment with a lower admission rate and no trauma designation. Emergency Medicine residency training required, and new graduates are welcome to apply. Must be comfortable practicing independently.
