JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hospital less than one hour from Fayetteville, North Carolina area and only 60 minutes to the beaches/Wilmington. Currently seeking an American Board of Emergency Medicine certified physician.
About position:
- Be comfortable with solo provider coverage.
- Single physician with two mid-level split coverage, 12-hour shifts
- 12-14 shifts per month night shifts with day mixture potential
- 34,000 annual visits.
HOSPITAL:
We are a 140+-bed community hospital, located within easy access of some of NC's best beaches.
Hospital services include acute care, outpatient surgery, emergency medicine, and intensive care. Our specialties include general surgery, internal medicine, OB-GYN, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, and urology. Hospital outpatient services include rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, and laboratory services.
COMMUNITY:
The Community offers local arts, theaters, museums, historic sites, and outdoor recreation, but when you want to get away, you can enjoy easy access to other attractions. We are convenient to major interstates I-95 & I-40, with less than an hour’s drive to The Triangle, airports, or universities.
