  • Day and night shifts available; no call
  • Strong APP, specialty, and telemedicine support
Assignment Details Start/end: October 2026 – ongoing into 2027 Schedule: Open day and night shifts Day shifts: 7a–7:30p Night shifts: 6:30p–7a Coverage type: Emergency Department / Urgent Care | No Call Volume: Approximately 40–60 ED/UC visits per 24 hours across the department Setting: 13-bed ED; Level IV trauma center Support: 4 RNs, 1 MA, 2 APPs, and administrative staff Additional resources: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Hospitalists, Telestroke, Tele-ICU, and onsite helicopter access EMR: Epic Credentialing: Approximately 90 days; temporary privileges available Clinical Details Emergency Medicine evaluation and treatment Adult and pediatric emergency presentations Emergency Department and urgent care coverage Acute stabilization and trauma assessment Collaboration with General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Hospitalists Telestroke and Tele-ICU resources available No scheduled call No inpatient rounding or admissions required Requirements Board Certified physician License: Active WI medical license or IMLC ACLS required ATLS required Emergency Department clinical experience Comfortable managing a broad range of emergency and urgent care presentations Availability for open day or night shifts Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
